FEES
Since our firm typically operates on a contingency fee basis, you don't pay unless you hire a candidate that is referred to you by The Clements Group. However, upon your request, The Clements Group will perform certain services (e.g., participation in on-site interviews, preparation and distribution of mailers, etc.) that are billable to you at an hourly rate or flat fee. Additionally, we are available on a consultative basis at an hourly rate for recruiting analization, human resources consulting and employment needs analysis.
